What are crystals?
Crystals are natural solids made from minerals. They are formed in the earth’s surface. Although there are many different shapes, colors, and sizes of crystals, each type of crystal has a precise atomic arrangement.

How crystals work?
Crystals works through the human energy system - that is the chakras and aura - and not through the physical body.

What is crystal healing?
Crystals channel energy. They can focus, store, transmit, and transmute this energy and it can be used for beneficial healing and energizing effects. The change happens over a longer period of weeks or months and sometimes for a very short time (almost instant).

Sensing energy
When a quartz crystal is held a few inches away from your palm, you may feel the crystal’s presence as a change in temperature or other altered sensation.

The benefits of crystals
Crystals improve your general state of well-being, and reduce or even remove the symptoms of disease (often symptoms that are chronic). 

Cleaning methods 
Clean your crystal with a microfiber towel, leave your crystal when is raining (it may need longer if its been working hard or hasn't cleansed for a long time), leave the crystal in sunlight or dry them after washing them. Leave your crystal in the moonlight, especially the light of a full or new moon. Beware with quartz crystals, especially crystal balls, will focus the sun's rays and can be a fire risk. Take appropriate precautions by not leaving quartz unattended in sunlight for any length of time, and do not place on or near any flammable objects.
